Shipping & Returns
Keep in mind, all orders are freshly made to order. Please allow 2-5 days for processing. If you receive an incorrect order in error it may be refunded or replaced if unopened within 10 days of delivery. If items are damaged, please file a claim with the carrier (USPS) for a refund. All shipments are insured up to $100. Since all orders are handmade refunds are only issued if you received the wrong order or the items were damaged during transit.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an incorrect item, please use the return options found in email confirmation or email us at email@example.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Wholesale & Store Fulfillment Orders
Please contact Karene Glaves at firstname.lastname@example.org for all inquiries. All orders are final for wholesale and store fulfillment orders. There are no exceptions.
Shipping normally takes place up to 3-5 business days after order has been shipped. Please make sure you have included the correct shipping address. We are unable to reroute an order once it has been shipped. It will be your responsibility to retrieve items sent to the wrong address.
